Ta' Berta is a brand
new house of character with a lot of old style
features like arches, stone slab ceilings and
wooden beams. It has been expertly converted into a three bedroom
vacation home. It is situated in the small village of Sannat, located in the southern part
of the island. A large, wide hallway with skylights leads to the front
door. The solid wood, very well equipped kitchen, separete
dining area, living room and a double bedroom
with shower room ensuite are all located on
the ground floor. The 26 feet by 14 feet south
facing swimming pool is located at the back
of the house with enough room for outside dining
and sunbathing. An addittional small bathroom
is alo located on the ground floor. An internal
stone staircase leads to the first floor where
the other 2 bedrooms, both comprising of single
beds are located. One of the bedroom has a bathroom
ensuite and the other bedroom has a shower ensuite.
There are two nice size balconies on the first
floor, one at the front and the other at the
back of the house. This house of character is
beautifully furnished throughout and also has
it's own gated private driveway.All
