Mary Rosa' is a very old farmhouse located on the outskirts of the little,
sleepy village of Munxar in Gozo, overlooking the evergreen Xlendi Bay
Valley, with open beautiful country views from the pool and BBQ area. There
are many wonderful original features, like arched rooms, wooden beams and
stone slab ceilings.
The entrance
is a lovely, large open sunny courtyard. The ground floor consists of a
lovely kitchen, separate large living and dining room which overlooks the
pool
area and one bedroom with bathroom ensuite. An internal staircase leads
to the first floor where the other two bedrooms are located. One of the
bedroom consist of a double bed and a full bathroom and the other bedroom
consist of two single beds and a shower room. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Perfect for a small family and sleeps 5/6 persons. This farmhouse has been
rated 'SUPERIOR'
by the M.T.A.
