Salmon or Beef carpaccio marinated in an olive oil and garlic sauce topped with fresh oregano and sprinkled with parmesan cheese on top. We have 12 different pastas to choose from. Rigatoni al Vodka is a big favorite around here. Then we have the Paglia e Fieno which is green and white noodles done with mushrooms, peas and prosciutto in a lite creamy sauce. A big favorite is the Penne Da Manuel which is penne pasta done with fresh vegetables and fresh baby prawns in a garlic and lite butter sauce. Fresh fish is always available like calamari, swordfish, tuna steak and other local fish. A Fillet Mignon anywhere else, but at Da Manuel is not a Fillet Mignon. We have the biggest and the best Fillet Mignon on the island, served in a zesty pepper corn sauce or topped with sauté mushrooms and onions. Excellent Veal and Chicken dishes are also available. |
