Da Manuel Restaurant


	Da Manuel Restaurant has been in operation for the past ten years. It is owned by Manuel Buttigieg. Manuel of course is the chef. He gained his experience at the famed New York's Alberto's located in the influential New York neighborhood of Forest Hills Gardens. He worked there for twelve years before moving back to Gozo where he opened Da Manuel shortly afterwards.


	The restaurant is managed by Manuel's brother Joe who also gained his experience at Alberto's and at Palm Beach's famous Marcello's La Sirena and 264 The Grill. Joe together with his assistant Ray always make sure that their customers are taken care of. Most customers are repeat customers. Simple reason is, that they like the service and the food at Da Manuel, where the choice is very extensive. At Da Manuel we also have beautifully furnished apartments available for short or long lets. They consist of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite.They are located in magical Kantra Street enjoying spectacular sea, cliffs and sunset views. Four persons can share.
